are owned by DecodeThis and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your intended purposes within your subscription limits.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability

Uptime

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

• Priority support is provided for Business and Enterprise plans
• Free plan users receive community support

Termination

By You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will:

• Stop future billing immediately
• Maintain access until the end of your current billing period
• Result in permanent deletion of your account data after 30 days

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay required fees

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINDECODER PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecodeThis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DecodeThis regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
